Looking east from the trailhead parking lot right after we got there about 8 am. The high humidity cast a haze over all this part of AZ. Most of it burned off while we were hiking over the next 4 hours. Compare this photo with the last one in this set. The top of this hill is the Mogollon Rim where we are headed.
