We are now headed north. We have 10 miles to ride on the Babbitt Ranch and then another 5 miles on the Kaibab National forest to the Moqui Stage Station. Combined with our previous trek on the southern portion of this passage, we rode a total distance of 20 miles ON the ranch. This south to north traverse is the short dimension of the 1,000 square mile ranch. It's good that we are not riding east to west which would average 50 miles.
